CMIL has appointed Colonial First State Property Limited as Manager of CPA.

Mr Edgell is the Head of the Business Implementation Group within the Property and Alternative Investments division of Colonial First State Global Asset Management, which incorporates business planning and strategy, and responsibility for product structuring both within Australia and offshore.
He has over 30 years experience in the corporate real estate and property funds management businesses within the Bank. Mr Edgell is currently a director of Colonial First State Property Limited and Colonial First State Property Management Limited, and is a board member of the Bank group’s fund management and management companies in New Zealand, Luxembourg and Malta.

| Ms Annabel Spring |
Ms Annabel Spring is the Group Executive for the Wealth Management division of the Bank. Annabel was appointed to this role in October 2011. Previously she was Group Executive for Group Head of Strategy and Communications. As Group Executive Wealth Management, Ms Spring is responsible for Colonial First State, Colonial First State Global Asset Management and CommInsure and the divisions which support these businesses. Prior to this, Annabel was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. In her capacity as Head of Global Firm Strategy and Execution, Annabel was responsible for global strategy and the execution of all Firm transactions. Previous to that she held various positions in the Leveraged Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments. Annabel began her career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, and has worked in New York, Asia and Australia. Annabel is a member of the Advisory Board for the Salvation Army Australian Eastern Territories. Annabel has a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Economics, both with honours, from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where she graduated as a George F. Baker Scholar.

Mr Venter is the Executive General Manager of Group Finance for the Bank. In this role, as a member of the Financial and Risk Management Leadership Team, Mr Venter works closely with David Craig, the Bank’s Chief Financial Officer, and the Bank’s Executive Committee and Board on finance issues, strategy and investment allocation decisions. Other areas of direct responsibility include the Group’s Reporting and Performance Analysis, Group Taxation and leading a team of approximately 365 finance professionals across the Bank. Mr Venter has been with the Bank since January 2004.
Although Mr Venter is a senior executive of the Bank, he is considered to be a non-executive Director as he is not involved in the management of the Fund.
Mr Venter holds post graduate accounting qualifications and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

| Mark David Steinberg |

Mr Steinberg is the Chief Financial Officer for Colonial First State Global Asset Management, and is responsible for all financial reporting, management reporting, tax, treasury, transaction advice and fund accounting. He was appointed to the role in January 2008 and assumed responsibility for the Colonial First State Global Asset Management strategy function in February 2009.
Mr Steinberg has over 15 years experience in senior finance positions in Australia and overseas. His previous roles include Chief Financial Officer of Macquarie Capital Alliance Group, an ASX-listed private equity investment fund, and where he was also a Director in the Macquarie Capital Funds business. He has also held roles in New Zealand, Japan and South Africa.
Mr Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Bachelor of Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
