The CFS Retail Property Trust (CFX) property portfolio comprises 29 retail assets and total gross assets of $8.5 billion as at 30 June 2011.
The portfolio is well diversified both by location and centre type. The portfolio has a staggered lease expiry profile with 20.9% (by GLA) of the specialty store leases expiring over FY2012.
In the portfolio, more than 4,100 retail tenants occupy over 1.3 million sqm of retail space with a vacancy rate of 0.3% (excluding area held over for redevelopment). Together, these shopping centres experienced approximately 183 million customer visits during the year generating $7.5 billion in retail sales per annum.
