Tim Stringer – Head of Wholesale Property Funds
Tim is the Head of Wholesale Property Funds within Property and Alternative Investments, a division of Colonial First State Global Asset Management. In this role, Tim has overall responsibility for the wholesale fund business, with combined assets under management of more than AUD6.7 billion.
Tim oversees the performance of the wholesale property business, which includes managing the wholesale fund team, monitoring the investment process across open and closed-end funds, fund-level strategy and investment performance as well as managing relationships with investors and asset consultants.
Tim, who was appointed to this role in May 2006, was previously with AMP Capital Investors. Most recently, he was Head of International Property and a member of the senior leadership team of AMP Capital Investors' property business.
