Direct Property Investment Fund (DPIF) is an unlisted trust that provides institutional investors with sector specific investment options in office, retail and industrial property within the Australian real estate market, valued at approximately $3 billion.
DPIF invests in both core and enhanced return assets and provides investors with access to an additional development pipeline valued at more than $400 million across the office, retail and industrial sectors.
Diversified Property Pool (DPP) is an open-end diversified fund offering investors access to a pool of institutional grade unlisted property with exposure to both core and value-added sectors. This approach is achieved through a 'fund of funds' approach, with investments in other wholesale property funds managed by the business.

Commonwealth Property Hotel Fund (CPHF) is a closed-end property fund which owns four Marriott branded hotels in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. As part of the original fund strategy, the Fund has an eight-year term expiring May 2008.
Commonwealth Property Investment Trust (CPIT) was established as an unlisted, registered managed investment scheme with a maximum term of 10 years, expiring in August 2010. The CPIT investment structure holds the leasehold interest in the land at 88 Phillip Street, Sydney together with the Aurora Place assets comprising a premium grade office tower, retail stratum and associated assets.
