We employ more than 230 investment specialists with direct experience in the asset class they manage. We encourage and support a hands-on approach to investing through direct analysis and site visits to companies in which we invest. Each year, our team of investment specialists undertake more than 5,000 site visits.

All our analysts and portfolio managers have a high level of performance incentives. This is reviewed annually and provides bonus arrangements for outperformance. A zero bonus is paid for below par performance. Importantly, we measure performance of the funds against benchmark as well as competitors as the major component of the performance measurement. The head of each asset class is also evaluated based upon the overall business success of their asset class. This ensures that the interests of the investment teams and clients are firmly aligned.
