Launch of Global Listed Infrastructure Securities Fund

Colonial First State Global Asset Management has launched the Colonial First State Wholesale Global Listed Infrastructure Securities Fund. This Fund offers wholesale and institutional investors the opportunity to invest in listed infrastructure securities with Australia’s largest fund manager for the first time.

We believe that infrastructure offers steady capital growth and inflation-protected income. Additionally, for those investors seeking greater liquidity or diversification than is typically offered by a portfolio of physical assets, investing in global listed infrastructure securities may offer this solution.

The Fund will invest in global infrastructure and infrastructure related securities including equities and hybrids, cash and derivatives.

Supported by the investment expertise of Peter Meany and the Global Listed Infrastructure team, the Fund aims to outperform the S&P Global Infrastructure Index (hedged in AUD) over a rolling three-year period.
