Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA)   is a sector-specific listed office trust, with a mandate to invest in prime quality office buildings located in central business districts and major suburban markets in Australia. CPA was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in April 1999 and today has an office portfolio worth more than AUD2.8 billion.

Kiwi Income Property Trust (KIP)  is New Zealand's largest diversified property trust, with over NZD1.45 billion invested in a diversified portfolio of prime office, retail and industrial assets located throughout New Zealand. The Trust is listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
