Strategy and Corporate Transactions is a specialist team which manages large and complex transactions for funds managed within CFSGAM Property, whilst also overseeing the strategy of the business more broadly.
With quality real estate investment stock in tight supply, and often rarely traded,our dedicated internal team has the capabilities to originate and execute transactions or provide access to investment opportunities not readily available through more conventional transaction activity.
We oversee structured asset acquisitions and divestments, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, and corporate transactions including public markets M&A. We work closely with our parent, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, on initiatives which require an element of principal/sponsor support, as well as with the individual funds managed within CFSGAM Property on developing and refining the various fund and investment strategies.
