Our key investment philosophy is that attractive risk-adjusted returns can be extracted from the unlisted infrastructure sector due to the highly specialised and relatively illiquid nature of the underlying assets.

Investment process
Aim to build a diversified portfolio
We seek to construct portfolios which offer relatively strong and stable income returns with a potential for moderate capital growth. Our emphasis is on direct unlisted investments, providing the opportunity for larger potential returns through specialised analysis and management.

Active involvement throughout an investment cycle
This includes investment analysis and due diligence, negotiation of entry terms, corporate governance, valuation and assessment and finally management of the realisation process. We are active shareholders in our investments and may seek board representation.
