Graduate opportunities in fund management

The two-year program commences in February 2010 and offers exposure to a diverse range of investment management careers, including our property, infrastructure, equities, cash, fixed interest and credit and business development teams. More information is available on our asset classes.

Positions will be offered to successful graduates in 2010, and each graduate will undertake four rotations during the two-year period.  Additionally, graduates may be given the opportunity to complete a rotation at one of our offshore locations in Asia or the United Kingdom.

Colonial First State Property Management  is a full service property, leasing and development management business responsible for managing  more than $14 billion of assets of a variety of listed funds, unlisted funds, and private investors. Our properties include some of the largest shopping centres in Australia. The business is evolving rapidly and the success of the business depends on the quality of our employees. Colonial First State Property Management is a subsidiary business of Colonial First State Global Asset Management.

Opportunities for graduates exist to rotate purely within our property management division. During their two-year rotation, they will be exposed to property funds management, retail leasing, shopping centre management, and head office functions. Rotations are offered in Melbourne and Sydney.
