Chadstone Shopping Centre has won the Laing O’Rourke award for best Shopping Centre Development at the 2011 Property Council of Australia Innovation and Excellence Awards. The West Mall development included the addition of a luxury precinct with tenants such as Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Omega, Prada, Ralph Lauren and Tiffany & Co. |

Chadstone Shopping Centre is the first Australian shopping centre to reach $1 billion in annual retail sales, reaffirming its position as the number one shopping centre in Australia. Sales for the month of December reached $160 million, taking its annual sales to $1,000,502,360.
