| Angus McNaughton - Managing Director, Property Colonial First State Global Asset Management |

Angus McNaughton is the Managing Director of Property for Colonial First State Global Asset Management (‘CFSGAM’). The Property division includes listed property, unlisted property and our asset management and development functions. These businesses have responsibility for approximately AUD$19.8 billion in funds and assets under management.
In his role Angus oversees the performance and strategic direction for all vehicles managed by these businesses and maintains responsibility for driving the long term strategy and performance of the wholesale property business.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the property (asset and development management), capital markets and funds management industries, Angus leads one of Australia’s largest fully integrated property businesses.
Angus has been working with the business for over 17 years, most recently as Head of Wholesale Property Funds, prior to which he worked in Singapore investigating opportunities for the group. Angus was also the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Stock Exchange Top 10 listed Kiwi Income Property Trust (‘KIP’). In 2007, Angus received the Property Institute of New Zealand’s Property Industry Award (sole recipient) and in 2006 he was voted one of the New Zealand Herald’s Top 10 Business Leaders of the Year.
Angus has an honours degree in Management Studies from the University of Waikato, New Zealand

As Chief Operating Officer, David is responsible for the Asset Management business including Retail Operations, Commercial Operations and Corporate Services for the business.
David has been with the business since 1993 predominantly in Finance roles, holding the position of General Manager, Finance for seven years.

During his career with the group, David has been involved in the float of Gandel Retail Trust (now Colonial First State Retail Property Trust) and the acquisition of the group by Colonial First State Global Asset Management.

| Tony Gilchrist - Head of Development Colonial First State Global Asset Management |

Tony is Head of Development for Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Appointed to his current role in February 2007, Tony has overall responsibility for the property development business.
With more than 25 years experience in the Australasian property industry, Tony has held senior management roles in property development with Stockland and Lend Lease.

During his career, Tony has demonstrated his ability to develop and grow a property portfolio to deliver market leading investment performance.

| George Karabatsos - Head of Retail Operations |

George was appointed to Head of Retail Operations in February 2007 with more than 20 years of property experience. In this role, George has the overall responsibility for setting the strategic direction of the Leasing, Shopping Centre Management and Marketing divisions. With a focus of improving systems and processes, the management of multiple owner relationships, development of Strategic Asset Plans and the overall performance of the retail portfolio.

George has extensive property experience and previously held senior management positions at Westfield.

| Stuart Macrae - General Manager Leasing |

Appointed General Manager Leasing in 2002, Stuart is responsible for securing and enhancing the income of the assets managed by Colonial First State Global Asset Management, including leading centres, Chadstone, Chatswood Chase Sydney and QueensPlaza.
Stuart has extensive experience in the retail property industry since he was first appointed by The Gandel Group in 1989. During his career with the group, Stuart has been involved in all aspects of the business including Centre Management, Development and Leasing. |

| Justin Mills - General Manager Retail Management and Strategy |

Appointed General Manager Retail Management and Strategy in May 2009, Justin is responsible for the Retail Management and Strategy of shopping centres and retail precincts in every State of Australia. He is responsible for setting the strategic framework for the asset management business including the implementation of Strategic Asset Plans.

In prior roles with the Group, Justin worked as the Assistant Fund Manager for Colonial First State Retail Property Trust and as General Manager Strategy and Business Development. Justin has also worked as Centre Manager and Marketing Manager at Chadstone.

| Martin James - General Manager Majors Leasing, Tenancy Design and Delivery |

As General Manager Majors Leasing, Tenancy Design and Delivery, Martin is responsible for the negotiation and management of major tenant groups across the portfolio of retail assets. He is also responsible for retail design and tenancy delivery across static centres and new projects.
Prior to his current role, Martin was General Manager Leasing. He joined The Gandel Group in 1997 and has more than 20 years experience in the shopping centre industry. |

As General Manager Human Resources, Eileen is responsible for driving the people capability at Colonial First State Global Asset Management and managing the ongoing development and implementation of talent management programs. This also includes managing the remuneration and benefits function.
Eileen joined Gandel Retail Management in 2003 and previously held senior HR roles at a number of professional services organisations.

Kate joined Gandel Retail Management in 2003 and is responsible for setting the marketing and media strategic direction for both the Colonial First State Global Asset Management brand and retail assets under management.
This includes the development of the operational framework for marketing and mall media with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement to drive sales growth.

| John Chantrell - Executive Manager Direct Property Transactions and Product Development |

With key responsibilities for direct property transactions and product development, John joined Colonial First State Global Asset Management in January 2007. John has extensive experience in identifying and transacting office and retail property acquisitions both domestically and internationally, and has been involved in the property industry for over 20 years.

Prior to this John was National Acquisition Manager for Centro Property Group, establishing the group's New Zealand presence and acquiring all of its assets, together with having overall responsibility for the group's Australian and New Zealand acquisitions strategy and team.
