Chadstone – The Fashion Capital is proud to claim its position as the largest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere with the completion of the final stage of its development.

The introduction of over 100 new retailers this year, 50 Australian and international boutiques and also our 11 new luxury international brands including Burberry, Chanel, Coach, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Jimmy Choo, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Omega, Prada, Ralph Lauren and Tiffany & Co. proves once again that Chadstone is The Fashion Capital.

New look Chatswood Chase revealed

Chatswood Chase has celebrated the completion of an 18 month, $185 million redevelopment.  This project has seen 70 new retailers join the already impressive retail offer with a big focus on Australian and International designer fashion.

More than 200 retailers now call Chatswood Chase home including leading Australian designers Fleur Wood, Sass & Bide, Bettina Liano, Arthur Galan AG, Ben Sherman and Calibre.

The redevelopment has increased the retail space at Chatswood Chase by more than 12,000 m2. The $185 million project also saw the creation of a new dining experience and a new façade on Victoria Avenue, adding another layer of style and decadence to the notoriously stylish centre.

Northland Shopping Centre $180 million dollar redevelopment complete

 

An additional 30 retailers and new Target store joins the already impressive retailer offer taking the total number of stores at Northland Shopping Centre to over 320 and 95,000m2. 

The new look Northland Shopping Centre is a shopper’s haven with a $180 million dollar redevelopment transforming the Centre into the ultimate one stop destination for food, fashion, accessories and home wares.

Rockingham Shopping Centre redevelopment project

The $160 million, two-year redevelopment project of Rockingham Shopping Centre has officially opened. 

The first stage of the development opened in June 2008 with the refurbishment of the Centre’s Fresh Food precinct.  The second stage, covering a new Food Court and Fashion stores, opened in December 2008, with the Fashion precinct opening in March 2009.

The final stage of the redevelopment included a state-of-the art outdoor entertainment precinct including an 8 screen Ace Cinema complex, cafes and restaurants.
