Brimbank Shopping Centre

 

Brimbank Shopping Centre launched Stage 1 with a new Coles Superstore and 11 new specialty retailers.

The Stage 1 launch also included the reopening of the basement carpark with over 300 car spaces, new travelator and lift access to the new Coles mall, new amenities and new baby change room. The new Coles Superstore covers 6600sqm of floor space.

With the introduction of the new Coles layout, customers are spoilt for choice with the Centre being the only one in the primary trade area to have three supermarkets under the one roof – Coles, Aldi and Woolworths. Customers will love the expanded homewares, grocery and entertainment sections of the new offering.

Emporium Melbourne will host 225 stores of premium retail space in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.

Set to open in late 2013, Emporium Melbourne will feature a mix of Australian and International designers, innovative concept and flagship stores and world class architecture. The complex will also link with the Myer Melbourne department store and to David Jones via pedestrian bridges and tunnels.  

Located on Lonsdale Street, Emporium Melbourne is at the heart of the city centre and will offer access to train stations, Melbourne Central and Flinders Street.  

The centre promises to deliver a world class retail experience effortlessly integrating a fusion of fashion, culture, food and art.

Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre

 

With a captivating new look and with more employment opportunities for the local community in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs, Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre is proud to announce the opening of the new look centre.

The shopping centre welcomes over 40 more retailers, with the addition of a Coles and Aldi to the existing Woolworths making Roxburgh Park Shopping Centre the place for variety and convenience. 

The development creates an attractive ‘main street’ shopping environment and has grown to over double its size, providing more than 25,000 square metres of retail space and has increased car park capacity of 1,200 spaces.

Bayside Shopping Centre

Bayside Shopping Centre is celebrating the completion of its latest redevelopment, comprising a rejuvenation of the level 1 fashion mall and a contemporary expansion of the level 2 food court.

The centre boasts a repositioned, more comprehensive fashion offer including Forever New, Lorna Jane, Pandora, Witchery, a larger format Country Road and Ozmosis store. The centre also welcomed a refurbished food and dining area, with a new JB Hi-Fi store on level 2.

The $35 million redevelopment has transformed the centre, providing a fresh fashion offer to the people of Frankston and the broader peninsula.

Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre

The recent $25 million redevelopment of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre involved a complete rework of the top level of the centre, providing a more comprehensive and convenient retail, restaurant and entertainment offer.

A new Hoyts six-screen digital cinema complex is the centrepiece for the refurbished on level 3, including a new JB Hi-Fi and Rebel Sport, further adding to the entertainment and leisure precinct.

The dining experience has also been revitalised, with vibrant new restaurants including TGI Fridays and Viva. The project has also added a new Best & Less store to level2, providing another drawcard to the centre.

New look Chatswood Chase revealed

Chatswood Chase has celebrated the completion of an 18 month, $185 million redevelopment. This project has seen 70 new retailers join the already impressive retail offer with a big focus on Australian and International designer fashion.

More than 200 retailers now call Chatswood Chase home including leading Australian designers Fleur Wood, Sass & Bide, Bettina Liano, Arthur Galan AG, Ben Sherman and Calibre.

The redevelopment has increased the retail space at Chatswood Chase by more than 12,000 m2. The $185 million project also saw the creation of a new dining experience and a new façade on Victoria Avenue, adding another layer of style and decadence to the notoriously stylish centre.
